The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 55-year-old Bernard Morton was last seen on Friday, March 1, 2024, 8:30 a.m., on the 10XX block of West Olney Avenue.
He is 5’11â€, 170 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing an Eagles jacket, light blue jeans, and white sneakers. He likes to frequent the following areas: Broad and Olney, Center City, and Kensington Avenue.
