The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Eleanor Ishtchenko. Eleanor, 28 years old, was last seen by her mother leaving their home on the unit block of Brighton First Road in New York City.
She is described as 5’8” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. At the time she was last seen, Eleanor was wearing a black coat and black pants. Her suspected destination is the area of Kensington Avenue and Allegheny Avenue in Philadelphia.
