The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Elliot Ruiz. Elliot was last seen July 1, 2023, on the 13xx block of S Hollywood St.
Elliot is 43 years-old, 6’1″, 160 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing black hat, white T-Shirt and blue jean shorts. Elliot may frequent the areas of 700 Wolf Street or Shelbourne and Madison Streets.
