The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. An 18-year-old Hailey Thornton was last seen on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 12:00 a.m., on the 46XX block of Linden Avenue.
She is 5’3″, 130 lbs., and brown curly hair. She was last seen wearing dark pants and green sneakers.
