The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Julian Newlin-Hayes. A 16-year-old was last seen on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 7:29 p.m., on the 59XX block of Warrington Avenue.
He is 6’1″, 135 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt labeled “Essentials”, navy blue sweatpants, and gold/silver New Balance sneakers.
