The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Matthew O’Brien. Matthew was last seen Sunday December 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM on the 21xx block of E. Tioga St.
He is 22 Years-of-age, 5’8”, 200 lbs., and was last seen wearing an Eagles Jersey and jeans.
