The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 27-year-old Rhyneakqua Martin. Martin is a Black female, 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at approximately 8:00 AM at her residence in the 2300 block of Jefferson Street.
