The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 63-year-old black male Robert Holcomb who was last seen on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, on the 1700 block of North Croskey Street.
He is 5′ 3″, 110 lbs., brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and multicolor sneakers.
