The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Rosalyn Grayson-Wheeler. Rosalyn was last seen November 4, 2024, at 2:00p.m., on the 67xx block of Woolston Ave.
Rosalyn is 73 years old, 5’2”, 132lbs, thin build, brown eyes, gray hair and was last seen wearing a pink sweater, blue pants, and black shoes.
