The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Roy Trammell. Roy was last seen October of 2023, and was last seen on the 17xx block of French St and has not been heard from since. Roy frequents the 41xx block of Lancaster Ave.
Roy is 90-years-old, 5’10â€, 160 lbs, thin build, brown eyes, gray hair, dark complexion and a burn scar on his face.
