Unfortunately, I have seen this in Lennox area near Inglewood before, people just leave dogs they dont want. And they are not always just strays, this is why many get hit by cars, they dont have street sense as they have been pets. Some people just leave them. I have called animal control before around that area after finding dogs with full collars, wandering around the streets in and out of traffic, unable to protect themselves. Its animal cruelty and disgusting human behavior to just leave a dog. Hopefully, this isnt what happened and someone just lost the dog.
