I guess a black man can’t sit on his own car here in New York City….Or did the officer think that a person of color can’t buy and own a luxury car…Well these officers felt real stupid in this video, also, you can see the officer violate the “Handshu Act” by using his personal phone to record the very same people he is harassing while in uniform which is also a #NYPD Patrol Guide Violation…..
