6. Its absolutely possible to overdose on methamphetamine, they can have a heart attack and stroke , most common warning signs are severe head ache , and sweating profusely . I seen it happen , the person couldn't function cuz of the headache, just rolled around holding his head n crying out about how much it hurt. The Doc at the emergency room told us his heart was pumping so fast that pressure was building up in his head, he had a stroke and was having a heartattack from shooting up to much meth at once. He survived only because we rushed him to the emergency room .
