32. Here in Germany we have a zero alcohol law on the wheel for everyone in the first two years or at least the age of 21 and i must say its a good thing to have. Even if they catch you with 0.1%o your license will be revoked on the street and you'll have to attend a very costly class to regain the right to do your license all over again. Alcohol and driving is just like fire and water, except it kills people
