Inserting your camera through their fence line could amount to trespass at 1:15 however that is a civil matter, not a criminal matter. Trespass is a tort unless your jurisdiction has some form of wacky criminal trespass in which case you'd have to look that up. But that usually surrounds break and enter sub elements of crimes acts, and involves more than just poking your arm through a fence. I've never practiced law in your jurisdiction though so I've no idea how crazy your laws are there.
