California Guardian was illegally detained, handcuffed and searched by LAPD for simply filming. However, LAPD has video cameras everywhere filming us the people.

  1. This video suits your handle, Onus (One Nation Under Surveillance). Being in public means being surveilled, overtly or covertly. Many people consider such surveillance to be a severe damper on the 1st amendment.

Whatever happened to the man who called himself surveillance camera man? He would go around to open businesses, like cafes, and record people, who often became incensed, at him, a human but not the wall mounted camera recording the same thing. Man should have earned some kind of PhD for such an expose of the human psyche. Thanks Katman.

  2. I saw your latest comment on the latest PSP video regarding driving while black. I couldn't agree with you more, that's why I have unsubscribed from their page and subscribed to yours. lately they have been getting a bit emotional on their efforts, making accusations and claims that simply cannot be substantiated with fact. I've been enjoying your videos!

  3. Also some of those cameras had megaphone speakers to control members of the public with so-called Lawful commands.

  4. The United States is almost as bad as London England when it comes to their video cameras and keeping track of their citizens.

  5. Great video. One of my favorite subjects is hypocrisy. This is pretty violating, I agree. What do you think about guests in your house who surreptitiously audio/video tape private conversations or anything else in your house without permission for blackmail?
