I'm pretty sure by law the officers have to tell them where they're taking her, and saying if you follow us you will get shot is definitely illegal.
If they won’t identify themselves as officers in some capacity, you have the right to shoot them to protect yourself. Just make sure someone has a video of the encounter if you can.

I had an unmarked car chasing me like road rage to the point I had to speed and gave me a ticket! Scared the sh#t out of me! He reminded me at the end that I’m recorded? So is he!
