Why does a black man in Harlem get stopped for pushing an empty dolly? This is by definition racial profiling at its finest the purpose for that stop was to basically run a background check on him before their tour is over, to rack up on the over-time on the expense of a bad stop…this stop was not called into dispatch either, and the Officers failed to provide him with a buisness card, as required to do so when conducting foot & vehicle stops. #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit #nypd
