2. It was not an unlawful command. If what you are doing, or where you are standing, makes the officer feel uneasy and is causing any of his attention to be on you and so he orders you to stand somewhere else to alleviate that, it is a lawful command. You, as a citizen, do not get to decide what the officer feels is interference or not. The fact that he has to continue to ask you to move away and you refuse, is a violation of the law. Now that being said, if you are at a distance where it is obvious that you can not become an instant threat, or can not listen in on what might be private information being discussed between the officer and the person he has stopped, than you might have an argument. But the fact you are actively arguing with the officer while he is trying to deal with a subject tells me the kind of person you are and that any of the facts I stated above won't mean a thing to someone like you.
