22. The cops remind me of a County road crew. Driving along,you see six trucks,a portable bathroom,a tractor trailer with flatbed trailer ahead. When you get there,a backhoe is digging a small hole and one guy is leaning on a shovel with six or seven others standing,looking into the small hole. Really efficient use of Taxpayers money.
