Wonder how many potential clients the guard chases off with this behavior on the public sidewalk. You can tell this isn’t the first time he’s threatened people on the public sidewalk with a lawsuit. It’s always a bad idea to site the details of the law if it’s not your industry – laws change with shifts in society & what’s legal one year can be illegal the next. Someone who does it day in and day out ( active attorney) would know the most.
