Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On October 22, 2024, at approximately 2:00am, the suspect lit a dumpster on fire next to the Mikveh Israel Congregation Synagogue at 44 North 4th Street causing damage to a window.
