Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On December 11, 2024, at approximately 11:44AM, the victim, a 63-year-old-female, was waiting for the bus at 1100 Market St when she was approached by an unknown black female who began screaming. The female eventually struck the victim with a closed fist in the left side of the face for an unknown reason knocking the victim to the ground.
