The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspect, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, who on Sunday, November 7th, 2021, at approximately 5 PM, in the 800 block of E. Willard Street, shot a twenty-eight-year-old female victim numerous times, including several times in the head, killing her. The suspect was last observed fleeing on foot westbound from the intersection into the 700 block of E. Willard Street.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction for every homicide.
- Suspect Description: Black male his early to mid-twenties. He and was observed wearing a reddish / rust colored puffy jacket. Underneath the jacked he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white markings/writing on the top of the hood, loose black pants and black shoes. The male was also wearing a black knit type hat and covered his face with a black face covering just before the shooting.
