The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspect, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a double homicide by shooting, that occurred on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, at about 12:57 AM, at Reese and Pike Streets and Fairhill and Pike Streets.
