Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clips.
On October 30, 2024, between approximately 10:27pm and 10:43pm, an unknown black female threw bricks at the glass doors breaking the windows of three TD Bank locations at 1500 JFK Blvd., 1900 Market Street and 1726 Walnut Street.
