Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On October 23, 2024, the suspect gained entry to an apartment building in the 1400 block of North 15th Street. Once inside he would take packages belonging to tenants. The suspect was dressed in United States Postal Service clothing and committed thefts on several other occasions.
