Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On May 30, 2023, at approximately 8:50pm, the suspect gained access to an apartment building in the 300 block of Race Street. Once inside he went to the mail room, used a key to open numerous mail bins and took pieces of mail belonging to tenants. The suspect was riding a light color bicycle with an orange milk crate on the back.
