Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On May 17, 2023, at approximately 12:35AM an unknown black male was captured on surveillance video puncturing several vehicles tires that were parked unattended on the 1700 block of N 18th, 1900 block Morse St and the 1800 block of Uber St with an unknown object.
