The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the two suspects, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the homicide by shooting of a 24-year-old male, that occurred on Friday, May 5th, 2023, at about 9:43 AM, in the 100 block of S. 28th Street.
The two male suspects were operating a red 2017 Hyundai Sonata with New Jersey license plates and dark tinted windows. The vehicle had been reported stolen three weeks earlier. It was recovered shortly after the incident, but the suspects may have been in possession of the stolen vehicle for some time prior the day of the incident.

Suspect #1: (PASSENGER): Male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and shoes.
