The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the male suspect as well as a suspect vehicle, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting death of an on-duty city sanitation worker, that occurred on Friday, November 18th, 2022, at approximately 10:33 AM, in the 7300 block of Rowland Avenue.
The suspect vehicle, driven by individual(s) in addition to the suspect, is described as a 2015 to 2019 Subaru Outback, dark in color, with a roof rack, dark tinted windows and an unknown Pennsylvania license plate.
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE.
- Suspect Description: Black male that at the time of the incident was wearing a dark blue jacket over a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black “Jordan 11†athletic shoes with white soles. The male was also wearing a black mask.
