The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
The police are investigating the theft of two dozen catalytic converters that occurred on October 9th, 2022, in Southwest Philadelphia. Surveillance cameras capture several men in two vehicles pull into the Giant Direct warehouse at 3501 Island Avenue. While there, the men cut out the catalytic converters from 24 delivery vans parked in the lot. In all, the estimated damage was over $31,000. The vehicles used in the theft are believed to be a dark colored, 2000’s Hyundai Sonata and a white Honda Accord with heavy tint and no license plate.
