Incident #1:
DC# 22-26-043629

On November 16, 2022, at approximately 5:00am, the victim, a 28-year-old male, walking on the 16xx block of N. Frankford Ave and when he walked by his vehicle his key fob set of the vehicle’s lights. During which time, four unknown black males wearing ski masks were across the street and a 5th unknown black male also with a ski mask was walking towards the victim. After one of the males shouted out to the victim “Come here” the victim began running pushing his way past the male attempting to flee. A second male who was across the street began chasing him and threatening to shoot the victim if he continued to run. The victim then stopped at which time he was grabbed by the suspect going through his pockets, taking his key fob to his vehicle. The suspects then fled the area in the victim’s vehicle.

Incident #2:

On November 16, 2022, at 5:20 am the victim, a 37-year-old male, was walking on 30 E Columbia St when he was approached by two (2) unknown black males who pointed a handgun at him stating, “Give me everything you have.” The black males then took the victim’s cellphone and were last seen running down Blair St.

On November 16, 2022, at 5:40am, the victim, a 60-year-old-male, was walking to his vehicle on the on 13xx block of E Oxford St four when unknown males approached him and began punching him removing items from his pockets. Taken was the victim’s wallet, phone, and keys.

Incident #4:
DC# 22-26-043638

On November 16, 2022, at 5:40am, the victim, a 33-year-old male, was on the 1400 block of E Oxford St, when four unknown black males approached the victim and began punching him and removing the victim’s items then fled and were last seen west on Oxford towards Frankford Ave. Taken was the victim’s phone, watch, jacket and gym bag.

Incident #5:
DC# 22-26-043631

On November 16, 2022, at approx. 5:48am, the victim, a 56-year-old male, was walking to the bus on the 1300 block of E Columbia Ave when three unknown black males wearing all black approached a victim and punched him taking his wallet. Victim was transported to the hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
