The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to this shooting incident.
On October 4, 2022, 35th District officers responded to a report of shooting at Broad and Windrim St. When they arrived on location they found the victim, a 23-year-old male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his right arm was located and transported to Einstein Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.
Surveillance video depicts three young males exiting a local store and walk by the victim on the 5000 block of N. Broad St. One of the males abruptly pulled out a semi-automatic firearm and fired several shots at the victim before the group fled south on Broad St.

Suspect #1: Black male, short braided hair, orange “Nike†jacket, black pants, orange and black sneakers.
Suspect #2:Â Light complected male, medium build, black puffy coat over grey hoody, black pants, black and grey sneakers.
