I mean if someone started recording me in your face without telling me I would be pissed too ,funny stuff but you guys have way too much time on your hands to be able to do this. Lol
I live thousands of miles away in the UK and know that HIPPA regulations can only apply to trained medical staff and can never be applied to those not trained for it. (That's ANYONE else..) Further, it takes YEARS of training and education to become FULLY conversant and be able to teach HIPPA regulations to medical and health authorities. The levels of ignorance about HIPPA are nothing short of breath-taking.
