Obviously with all the watchdog govt. Entities are not getting results! Cops don't know basic rights in many cases as shown by the frivolous, illegal detainments arrests seizures injuries sustained by the public in general. Why do we allow this abuse and ignorance to continue in 2021?

Are these officers performing unconstitutional searches? What is the probable cause ? Why are the driver and passenger at Start mark 4:26 handcuffed for? Why do the citizens need to be handcuffed on a traffic stop ? The People need to enlighten themselves on the California Penal Code and start charging these officers with CPC 236 unlawful detainment. Then maybe these unlawful acts will start to disappear.

Definitely didn't have a warrant to search the car. I doubt the owner gave a clear consent to search the car.
They are fishing and was probably about to plant evidence in the car but a camera showed up.
