But when backup arrived they basically told him wtf are you doing. No priors last ticket was when he was 17 for a stop sign. I only heard about it because later the cop that arrived was a child hood friend. Crazy, he wanted a drug dog and everything. I never really thought much about it, till I started seeing these. 12. unreal that cops can block access to the store for a traffic stop. where I live cops are not allowed to use private property for traffic stops, license checks etc. I was stopped at a license check one morning and the cops were using the parking lot of a private business to do their work, the property owner arrived and told them to leave, they smarted off and refused, the owner made one phone call and then the lead cops phone and rang and the cops were gone in less than a minute.
