Polygraphs are a joke. "A guy I know" has taken 2, lied on both, and got 2 job offers. My second piece of evidence Is when I caught my brother's wife cheating on him. He wouldn't believe me and had her take a polygraph. She passed because she's a very relaxed habitual liar, and he still thinks she's innocent.

I’ve taken three polygraphs for 3 different departments in Ohio and told the truth on all of them and failed one. Luckily I am now a police officer and don’t have to worry about how in realizable they are.

not gonna lie, I was really bothered by the wire uptake on the mic pointing through your face.
Polygraphs are 100% effective, at picking up a persons anxiety level, they are not lie detectors because different people have different natural anxiety levels and anxiety triggers.

Polygraph and psych eval are largely BS. Just instituted to appease a certain segment of the population. All comes down to whether or not the guy administering the test likes you.
