Officer, why are you shaking?? Are you under the influence of a substance? I need you to empty your pockets so I can make sure you don't have any illicit substances. I need to see your state issued ID. Do you have ID I can see?…I need to see your ID officer? Are you failing to ID to a citizen upon request? Why are you shaking? Why are you so nervous, how much have you had to drink today officer? I smell alcohol on your breath officer, when was the last time you had a drink? Are you on probation or parole officer? You know you have to tell me if you're on probation or parole right?
