The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the two suspects as well as a vehicle they are believed to have been operating, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting death of a twenty-four (24) year old male, as he was sitting inside of a parked vehicle on Friday, March 12th, 2021, at about 10:45 PM, in the 3200 block of Emerald Street.
- Suspect #1: Black Male, tall, wearing a black jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt, dark blue denim pants with distinct defects / markings, black shoes. Male had his face covered with a dark colored face mask and was armed with a semi-automatic handgun.
- Suspect #2: Black Male, wearing a black jacket over a red hooded sweatshirt, light blue colored denim pants with distinct defects / markings, red athletic shoes with white markings and soles. The male had his face covered with a dark colored face mask.
- Vehicle Description: Four door vehicle, white in color with vanity type plate with red writing / marking affixed to front of vehicle. Vehicle was last observed southbound on Kensington from Allegheny.
