On July 8, 2021 at approximately 3:30am, the victim, a 30 year-old-female, was asleep in her residence when she awoke to her dogs barking. The witness then heard noises coming from the first floor and alerted her husband, a 30 year-old-male, to what was taking place. When the 30 year-old male went to see who was inside the suspect had already fled. While fleeing from the complainant the suspect fired one (1) shot at the complainant. The witness and complainant then returned to their residence to wait for police.
