I do not agree with the policy but….. Always a but….. It is a private company and can deny service to anyone they feel violates their policy. It's their plane, either do as they asked (in this instance) or get off the plane.

A ticket is a contract. If there's a written policy it should be easy to communicate that. There are dress codes for NON-rev passengers and that's fine because you're flying at the behest of the airline. She should get her day in court. But what do you expect from SW. It's a cheap airline to begin with. YOu get what ya pay for. The captain was very nice and sincere. I appreciate his attempt to remedy the situation for everyone. Lastly, if you want to live in a country that controls womens' bodies and dress then you should see if SW flies to Iran or Saudi Arabia.
